1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product does not match the description provided.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, lingerie).
  • Items on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through your original method of payment. You will be notified via email when the refund is processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping with your order, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@fashnkart.com within 7 days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for other reasons, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
